To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Founding Account Executive who owns the full sales cycle from origination to deal execution. This is not a typical AE role. It is an early seat on a fast scaling rocket ship. The role requires someone who takes ownership, is ambitious, and has the intelligence to shape processes, build materials, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
Beyond deal origination and closing, you will help validate market fit across verticals, shape sales playbooks, build senior relationships, and leverage events, PR, and marketing. In short, you will take ownership of whatever crosses your path in a fast growing company with global ambitions. We are on a mission to build a multibillion dollar company, and you will be one of the driving forces behind that journey.

What you'll be doing
Own outbound sales and lead generation, from research and outreach to qualification, deal management, and closing large enterprise deals together with the GTM team.
Run discovery calls and demos, deeply understanding client pain points and positioning MarvelX effectively.
Prepare and tailor proposals, contracts, and decks that resonate with decision-makers.
Build and maintain a repeatable outbound sales process that scales as we grow.
Support marketing initiatives, such as events and PR to drive pipeline creation and brand visibility.
Work closely with the VP Revenue and founding team to refine pitch messaging, close strategic deals, and accelerate sales cycles.
Take ownership of anything commercial that comes your way in helping build MarvelX into a multibillion-euro company.
What you'll Bring
Enterprise sales is complex, and we are looking for 2–6 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in an early-stage technology environment.
Strong analytical intelligence to navigate and structure complex, non-standardized, and evolving processes.
Excellent storytelling and relationship-building skills with C-level and senior decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of commercial processes and consistently outperform expectations.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Strong written communication skills for proposals, decks, and executive-level materials.
High ambition and comfort working without a clearly predefined scope, with a desire to grow alongside the company.
