Now, we are expanding aggressively into the US, and we are looking for our first Account Executive on the ground to help build our market presence, own strategic enterprise relationships, and drive the next phase of revenue growth.

Mission
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercial powerhouse to join MarvelX as our first Account Executive in the US.
You’ll be joining at a defining moment. Since our launch in April, we’ve moved at a relentless pace. We are a frontier company in the AI domain, backed by Europe’s largest Venture Capital firm EQT amongst others, and we are now expanding into the US following significant early traction.
The product market fit isn't a goal; it's a proven reality. In 10 months, we have already secured major enterprise customers across both Europe and the US. We have the technical foundation and the financial backing to lead the category. Now, we need the right deal maker to drive our Go To Market efforts and own the US expansion.
What you can expect
This is a rare opportunity to build a presence from the ground up. As our first Senior AE in the US, you will have the autonomy to shape our sales strategy and the ability to grow our company in what should become our most dominant market.
You're the first person on the ground and ready to build business, a team, and an office when we scale.
Today, we are fully focused on one of the most tedious processes, which is the management of insurance claims, as there is huge potential for GenAI and agents to make impact.
You will manage and create pipeline, navigate complex sales cycles with medium-sized to enterprise businesses, securing mid-5 and 6-figure deals with uncapped bonus potential.
You are the engine for our revenue growth, and you will work closely with product and strategy teams to meet the needs of the market now and in the future.
You will help create processes, experiment with messaging and lead generation strategies.
You will be the face and spokesperson in the market, supporting marketing initiatives, PR and events.
As we scale our GTM function, you’ll have an outsized impact on the business either bringing in the largest, most strategic customers or building out future teams as we expand globally. There are no limits to your growth.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: You have 4-12 years experience in enterprise technology sales and consistently performed at the top of your team. Some feeling with financial institutions or specifically insurance is a plus.
Commercial Excellence: You have a track record of closing complex, high value enterprise deals in the technology or financial sector.
Entrepreneurial Grit: You thrive in early stage environments and enjoy the "zero to one" phase of building a market.
Frontier Mindset: You are excited by the AI domain and possess the ambition to move at the speed of a high growth startup.
Builder Mentality: You don't just want a seat at the table; you want to help build the table.
Intelligence: You have the capacity to learn rapidly and understand products and markets inside and out.
