Role Overview
As a Senior Delivery Manager at MarvelX, you’ll own customer delivery end-to-end, from post-signature through production and expansion.
You’ll operate at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Revenue. Once a deal is signed, delivery is yours. You are accountable for outcomes, timelines, scope, and customer trust.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll lead PoCs and production deployments directly with customers and internal teams, create structure where needed, and keep momentum from PoC → Production → Expansion.
This is not a support role.
This is not a coordination-only role.
This is an ownership role.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Execution
Own the transition from Sales to Delivery, validating scope, KPIs, and success criteria.
Lead PoC and production execution across customers, Engineering, Product, and forward-deployed teams.
Run structured customer rituals: kickoffs, delivery check-ins, exec reviews, and go-lives.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations and act early.
Stakeholder & Scope Management
Act as the primary delivery owner for senior customer stakeholders (Director / VP / C-level).
Manage expectations, push back on scope creep, and protect outcomes and trust.
Ensure SLAs, timelines, and delivery commitments are met or exceeded.
Commercial Impact
Own PoC success with a clear focus on conversion to production.
Identify and unlock expansion and upsell opportunities through successful delivery.
Feed delivery learnings back into Product, Engineering, and GTM.
Process & Scale
Improve delivery processes, handoffs, and operating cadence as we scale.
Create structure without bureaucracy, pragmatic, lightweight, effective.
Who You Are
4+ years’ experience owning complex B2B or enterprise delivery engagements.
Proven track record leading implementations, PoCs, or delivery-heavy programs.
Comfortable working directly with senior customer stakeholders (Director / VP / C-level).
Strong judgment under ambiguity, able to make calls without perfect information.
Experience coordinating engineering and technical teams without being a technical IC.
Clear, structured communicator; calm under pressure.
Strong ownership mindset , you take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks.
Commercially aware and comfortable driving expansion post go-live.
Startup or scale-up experience is a strong plus.
