We’re looking for a Founding GTM Associate to help us bring this to market. Someone scrappy, curious and sharp. Someone who loves talking to users, running experiments and figuring out what makes people say yes. You'll work directly with the founder across sales, customer success, growth and anything else it takes to win.


This isn’t a typical GTM role. It’s an early seat on the rocket ship.

Mission

As a GTM founder associate you’ll be a fundamental part in shaping the commercial side of MarvelX. You’ll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, including lead generation, account management and forecasting. Furthermore you’ll be responsible for shaping the sales process and emerging sales playbook. 

What you'll be doing

  • Help define the sales process, forecast revenue, and manage pipeline management.

  • Research and engage potential clients, support outreach campaigns and refine prospecting strategies.

  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and contracts to support client acquisition and retention.

  • Assist with financial modeling, investor decks, and reporting to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Help improve internal processes, including CRM management, sales automation and data analysis for sales optimization

What you'll need

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or an analyst role in financial services, ideally with exposure to startups or scale-ups.

  • Worked in a fast-paced environment and able to get things done in a proactive manner 

  • Able to break down complex challenges quickly and develop effective solutions.

  • Proven to take initiative beyond assigned responsibilities and work well independently.

  • Able to present complex information clearly and adapt messaging for different stakeholders.

  • Showed leadership and entrepreneurial skills i.e. leading an association at uni / ran a business in the past/leader in a sports team or achieving sport objective 

  • Showed commercial acumen example of previous work experience
