We’re looking for a GTM Associate with a strong sales edge to help us bring MarvelX to market. Someone scrappy, persuasive, and curious — who thrives on talking to customers, uncovering pain points, and turning conversations into closed deals. You'll work directly with the founder across sales, growth, and customer success — doing whatever it takes to win our early markets.
This isn’t a typical GTM role. It’s an early seat on the rocket ship.

Mission
You’ll be a driving force in shaping MarvelX’s commercial engine. Beyond research and strategy, you’ll be in the trenches closing deals, building relationships, and shaping the sales playbook that will scale with us.
What you'll be doing
Own and drive outbound sales efforts – research, outreach, and qualify prospects in our target markets.
Run discovery calls and demos, understanding client pain points and positioning MarvelX effectively.
Work with the founder to refine pitch messaging, close strategic deals, and accelerate our sales cycle.
Prepare and tailor proposals, contracts, and decks that resonate with decision-makers.
Build and maintain a repeatable sales process that can scale as we grow.
Support GTM experiments across growth and customer success as needed.
What you'll need
2-4 years in a sales or business development role (enterprise SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or AI experience a plus).
Proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills with C-level and senior decision-makers.
Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives on ambiguity, takes initiative, and gets things done.
Bonus: Exposure to startups, regulated industries, or early-stage scaling environments.
