Step 1: Initiate Claim Analysis
Open a chat with the MarvelX Claims Agent and describe the customer's claim:

Step 2: Upload Customer Documents
The agent provides you with a secure, single-use upload link.

Step 3: Request Analysis & Review Assessment
After uploading the documents:
Return to the chat and ask the agent to analyze the claim

The agent analyzes all uploaded files and provides an instant professional assessment:
