MarvelX is live on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. The listing is called Claim operations AI agent, and it makes our AI claims agents available as a transactable software-as-a-service (SaaS) offer, billed through Microsoft. Carriers, managing general agents (MGAs) and third-party administrators (TPAs) can now find MarvelX in the same place their teams already buy cloud solutions and AI applications.
What the listing covers
The offer is the claims capability we already run for insurers: AI claims agents that take a claim from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to a settlement-ready file, with your handlers reviewing every decision. The agent also handles claimant communication, chasing missing documents at intake and sending updates while the claim is open. It sits alongside your core claims system, which stays the system of record, and every step lands in an audit-ready trail.
