MarvelX AI has been selected for the Cisco Scale Hub 2026 program at STATION F in Paris, and on 3 September our founder and CEO Ali el Hassouni pitched MarvelX at the program's launch at Cisco's Paris office. The program brings together 18 companies from four continents that build enterprise software on multi-agent systems. MarvelX builds agentic AI for financial services and highly regulated industries, starting with AI claims agents for insurers.

What the program is

Cisco Scale Hub is run by Outshift by Cisco, Cisco's incubation group, from its base at STATION F. The 2026 edition is dedicated to multi-agent systems. In Cisco's own words, the cohort shares one bet: that the next wave of enterprise software will be built on collaborating AI agents. The 18 companies work on problems as different as agentic pentesting, enterprise orchestration, AI audit infrastructure, production observability, post-quantum compliance and video intelligence. Why it fits what we do

Our agents already work as a team inside a claim. One agent reads the documents, another checks the policy, another validates the vehicle or the counterparty against a registry, and a person reviews the decision before it goes out. Getting agents to hand work to each other reliably, with a clear audit trail of who did what, is the engineering problem this program exists for. Working alongside Cisco's engineers and 17 other teams on that same problem is what we're in Paris for.

Launch day in Paris

Cisco opened the program on 3 September with a launch meet-up at its Paris office. Karen Thuillier and the Scale Hub team presented the program, and each of the 18 startups had three to four minutes to pitch to Cisco employees and to the Cisco teams they may be paired with during the program. Ali el Hassouni pitched for MarvelX: AI claims agents that take an insurance claim from first notice to a settlement-ready file, with a handler reviewing every decision.
