About MarvelX

MarvelX is on a mission to rewire the financial services industry, starting with insurance.

We’re building vertical, agentic AI platforms that automate complex workflows across underwriting, claims, fraud detection, and customer engagement. By combining deep AI capabilities with domain expertise, MarvelX replaces legacy systems with intelligent, self-learning automation.

Backed by leading investors, we’re scaling fast across Europe and the US and already working with leading insurers and insurance service providers to deploy AI agents into real operational workflows.

Our long-term vision is to become the AI operating layer for regulated industries, starting with insurance and expanding into banking and financial services.

As we move from early-stage to scale-up, we’re hiring a Lead AI Product Manager to help shape the next generation of AI-native enterprise software.

You will work directly with the founders, engineering team, and enterprise customers to define how AI agents automate real operational workflows. This includes translating complex business problems into AI-powered product capabilities that deliver measurable value.

Your initial focus will be on insurance workflows, including claims processing, underwriting support, document intelligence, and operational automation.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI systems, enterprise software, and real-world operational workflows. You will help define how AI agents operate in production environments and how organizations adopt AI to transform core operations.
